Privacy policy.
How Dental Implant Machine collects, uses and protects your information.
Dental Implant Machine Effective date: September 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dental Implant Machine ("Dental Implant Machine", "DIM", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information collected through dentalimplantmachine.com and the forms, booking calendars and chat tools on it (together, the "Site"). If you have a question about anything in this policy, email support@dentalimplantmachine.com or call 435-412-2310.
In this policy, "personal information" means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you, alone or combined with other information. Examples are your name, email address, phone number or the IP address of your device.
Our Site is built for dentists, practice owners and practice staff who want to learn about our marketing and patient-acquisition services. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices this policy describes.
1. Information you give us
What we collect. When you contact us, we may ask for your first and last name, email address, mobile or office phone number, practice name, practice location or website, your role at the practice, and details about your practice and goals, such as the number of full-arch cases you complete or your current marketing. You may also include other information in a free-text message.
When we collect it. We collect this information when you:
- complete a form on the Site, such as a contact form or the practice assessment;
- book a call through one of our online calendars;
- send a message through the chat widget on the Site;
- register for, or request, a resource, webinar, podcast update or newsletter; or
- email us, call us or text us directly.
Our forms, booking calendars and chat run on GoHighLevel, a customer relationship management platform that stores this information for us.
How we use it. We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your inquiry and provide the information or resource you asked for;
- schedule, confirm and remind you about calls you book with us;
- contact you by phone, text message or email as described in Section 3;
- understand your practice so we can recommend relevant services;
- provide and manage services if your practice becomes a client;
- measure which advertising and content brought you to us; and
- improve the Site, our services and our communications.
2. Information collected automatically
Device and usage information. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (such as city or region);
- browser type, device type and operating system;
- language setting;
- the page or advertisement that referred you, including campaign parameters in the link;
- pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scrolling and form interactions; and
- the date and time of your visit.
Cookies, pixels and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored in your browser. Pixels (also called tags) are small pieces of code that report activity on a page to the company that provided them. We use these technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
Tools we use. We manage our tags through Google Tag Manager. The tags currently include:
| Tool | Provider | What it does on our Site |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Measures visits, traffic sources and on-site activity | |
| Google Ads tags | Records conversions from our Google ads and builds remarketing audiences | |
| Meta Pixel | Meta Platforms | Records conversions from our Facebook and Instagram ads and builds remarketing audiences |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft | Records how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling and session replays, and produces heatmaps |
| Hyros | Hyros | Attributes calls, bookings and sales to the advertisement or source that produced them |
| GoHighLevel | HighLevel | Operates our forms, calendars and chat and records how you reached them |
These providers may collect information about your activity on our Site and on other websites over time, and may use it under their own privacy policies. Microsoft Clarity is configured to mask form field entries; we do not intend for session recordings to capture what you type into forms. You can learn more about each provider's practices on its own website.
Your choices about cookies and ads.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- You can manage how Meta uses information from other websites for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings under "Ad preferences" and "Your activity off Meta technologies".
- You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
- See Section 7 for how we respond to Global Privacy Control signals.
3. Phone calls, text messages and email
Consent. When you submit a form, book a call or start a chat on the Site and provide your phone number, you may be asked to agree to receive calls and text messages from Dental Implant Machine. If you give that consent, we may call or text the number you provided, including by automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice, about your inquiry, your booked call and our services. Consent is not a condition of buying any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We contact only people who ask us to. We call or text you only when you have given us your number and your consent, or when you have an existing business relationship with us and the law permits the contact. Submitting a form does not give us permission to disregard the National Do Not Call Registry or any state do-not-call list, and we do not claim that it does.
Stopping text messages. Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming your opt-out and will not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 10.
Stopping calls. Tell the person calling you, or contact us using the details in Section 10, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
Email. Our marketing emails identify Dental Implant Machine as the sender, use accurate subject lines, include our postal address and contain an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and in any case within 10 business days. Even after you unsubscribe from marketing email, we may still send messages about a call you booked or services your practice receives from us.
Mobile information. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing. Our messaging providers process this information only to deliver messages on our behalf.
4. How we protect and retain your information
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site, access limited to staff and contractors who need the information for their work, account-level access controls and multi-factor authentication on the systems that store it, and confidentiality obligations for the people and providers who handle it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and then delete or de-identify it. In deciding how long that is, we consider:
- whether you are a prospective client, a current client or neither;
- whether we have an active conversation with you;
- our legal, tax, accounting and contractual obligations; and
- whether we need the information to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
As a general guide, we keep records of inquiries that do not become clients for up to three years after our last contact. We keep client records for the length of the relationship plus the period required by law or contract. We keep opt-out and do-not-contact records for as long as needed to honor them.
Security incidents. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by applicable law.
5. When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not exchange your personal information for money.
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that operate tools on our behalf, such as our CRM, forms, calendars and chat (GoHighLevel), analytics and attribution (Google, Microsoft, Hyros), advertising platforms (Google, Meta), email and text-message delivery, video meetings, hosting and IT support. We allow them to use the information only to provide their services to us, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
- Advertising and measurement partners. The cookies and pixels in Section 2 send information about your activity on the Site to Google and Meta so we can measure and target our ads. Under some state laws this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 7 for how to opt out.
- Legal requirements. To comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order or other legal process, or a lawful request from a public authority.
- Protecting rights and safety. When we believe it is necessary to investigate fraud or misuse, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of DIM, our clients or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the recipient must handle the information consistently with this policy.
- With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information, or agree that we may.
Links to other websites. The Site may link to websites we do not operate, such as partner, podcast or social media pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
6. HIPAA and health information
The Site is a business website for dental professionals. It is not designed to collect health information about patients, and we ask that you do not submit any patient's health information through the Site's forms or chat.
In providing services to dental practice clients, DIM may receive protected health information on a client's behalf, for example when our team responds to patient inquiries for that practice. When we do, we act as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We handle that information under a business associate agreement with the practice and the HIPAA rules, not under this Privacy Policy. Patients with questions about their health information should contact the dental practice directly.
7. Your privacy rights
Rights available to everyone. You may ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information, subject to the exceptions the law allows (for example, records we must keep and the do-not-contact record needed to honor an opt-out); and
- stop marketing calls, texts or emails to you.
Additional rights under state law. Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) and similar laws in other states may give you further rights, including the right to:
- know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients;
- delete or correct personal information;
- opt out of the sale of personal information or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and of targeted advertising;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Sections 1 and 2: identifiers (such as name, email, phone and IP address), professional information (such as practice name and role), internet and electronic activity information, and approximate location. We collected them from you, your device and our service providers, for the purposes in Section 1, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 5.
Opting out of advertising sharing. You can opt out of the sharing described in Section 5 by emailing support@dentalimplantmachine.com with the subject line "Do Not Share". We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request for that browser. The Site does not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for them exists.
How to make a request. Email support@dentalimplantmachine.com or call 435-412-2310. Tell us what you are asking for and how to reach you. To protect your information, we will verify your request by matching details you provide with information we hold, and we may ask for more information if needed. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your permission. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and generally within 45 days. If we deny your request, we will explain why and, where your state provides it, how to appeal.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults working in or with dental practices. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, tools or legal obligations change. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will give additional notice, such as a notice on the Site, before it takes effect. Please check this page periodically.
