The Full Arch Framework
A diagnostic, not a package. We find the gate where your practice breaks before we recommend anything.
Since 2017, Dental Implant Machine has worked with implant practices ready to do more full-arch cases. The Full Arch Framework came out of a partnership in 2019 where we ran the ads, made the calls and sat in the consults ourselves.
Chayden Young is President and CEO of Dental Implant Machine. He fell in love with marketing while in school, after first considering social work and psychology and then accounting before turning to business. Working at an agency, he found that what he loved most was helping business owners grow the businesses that support their livelihoods.
His direction changed the first time he watched a full-arch smile reveal. An older woman who had worn dentures described how her grandchildren had been afraid of her, and she cried as she spoke about what her new teeth would mean for that relationship. From that moment, Chayden chose to dedicate his professional life to this work, which he describes as two sides of one coin: transforming the lives of practice owners and the lives of their patients.
That conviction shaped how the company works. Once the focus narrowed to implants, the company went into a practice here in southern Utah and ran it end to end: it bought the ads, called the patients, and sat down and closed the cases itself. The Full Arch Framework came out of that, and it has been refined on hundreds of practices since. Chayden has spent more than 15 years in marketing, has coached hundreds of practices and dozens personally, and holds to a simple standard: theory means little until it has been done, and a practice deserves an honest answer on whether Dental Implant Machine can help.
Outside the company, Chayden serves as a U.S. Army Green Beret.

Every part of the system was built by our team for full-arch practices.
A diagnostic, not a package. We find the gate where your practice breaks before we recommend anything.
Our team contacts every new lead within seconds, qualifies them and books the consult into your schedule.
Our coaching playbook for coordinators and doctors, worked through on real consults.
“We've run the ads. We've called the leads ourselves. And then we've also closed these patients. So when we teach a practice how to do this, we're teaching it from somebody who actually has been there.”
“If we get on a call and I genuinely don't believe that we can help you out, I'm going to let you know on that call.”
“We're not just guessing when we first start working with you. We already have the playbook.”
“There is no replacement for hard work and effort.”
To create world-class results and experiences for our partners by implementing our framework, clarifying their goals, and exceeding their expectations.
To be the champions of full-arch implant dentistry, transforming the lives of our partners and the patients they serve.
Dental Implant Machine has worked on implant and full-arch growth since 2017. We are based in St. George, Utah, we work with implant practices across the United States, and we do one thing: find the point where a full-arch practice is losing cases, and fix that point.

That matters here for a specific reason rather than as biography. Most people selling dental marketing have never sat with a treatment coordinator and worked through why a consult failed. The Full Arch Framework was not assembled from industry reading. It came out of that coaching work, which is why it is organized around where practices break rather than around the services an agency happens to sell.

Every engagement starts by diagnosing the practice against three gates, and the work is fixing the one that is broken. Generate is whether the right patients in your market are finding you. Convert is whether every inquiry reaches a booked consultation that arrives. Close is whether your team can present the plan and the financing with confidence. It is a diagnostic rather than a package because practices seldom break at all three at once. They break at one, and the other two carry the result. A practice that buys advertising when nobody returns its calls will spend a year proving marketing does not work, and the Full Arch Framework exists to stop that mistake.
| What we built | What it does | Which gate |
|---|---|---|
| Patient generation | Google and Meta campaigns built for full-arch intent, aimed at the areas where patients can proceed with treatment. | Generate |
| Our own Setter Center | Our team contacts every new lead within seconds, qualifies it, and books it into your schedule. | Convert |
| Virtual treatment coordination | The patient is met online before the visit, so the consultation is a decision rather than an introduction. | Convert |
| ArchCore | Our coaching playbook for the person who presents the plan: the written consult flow, the objection handling and the financing language. | Close |
| Practice coaching | One-on-one work with your team on real scheduling calls and real consults. | Every gate |
| Reporting | Inquiries, consults, treatment starts and return on ad spend, reported every month. | Every gate |
Every part of this was built by our team for full-arch practices rather than adapted from general dental marketing.
We work with implant practices doing full-arch treatment, in the United States. We do not run hygiene campaigns, aligner campaigns or general dental marketing alongside it, and that is a deliberate limit rather than a gap we intend to fill. Full arch is a different business: the patient is making one large decision rather than a series of small ones, it usually involves a spouse and almost always financing, and the constraint is consult time rather than chair volume.
We are also a poor fit for some practices, and it is cheaper for everyone to establish that early. A practice with no capacity to add consults, one unwilling to have its team coached, or one looking for the cheapest possible leads regardless of whether they become patients is not one we can help.
The first conversation is about where your practice is losing cases, not about what we sell. If the answer turns out to be something we do not provide, that is a more useful outcome than a sale. If we do not believe we can help, we say so on the call.
Leads and impressions are inputs, and a practice can be buried in both while producing nothing. We report against treatment starts and treatment value set beside advertising spend, which is the comparison that answers the question an owner is actually asking.
We report the same figures we manage the account against, measured the same way every month, and we show the months that do not flatter us as readily as the ones that do.
Our Setter Center and coordinators operate as an extension of your office rather than a separate operation that hands over a list, and our coaches work with the people you already employ. Practices that grow here do it with their own team performing better, not with marketing carrying an unchanged practice.
Our Google rating is 4.9 across 69 reviews, and the doctors we work with are quoted throughout this site by name. Testimonials are worth something, but they are the weakest evidence we can offer, because every agency has them and nobody publishes the unhappy ones. The stronger evidence is the case studies, where named practices appear with treatment starts, treatment value, advertising spend, return on ad spend and the period each figure covers, including the less flattering results. The written client reviews sit alongside them.
If you are deciding between agencies, these are the questions that separate them. We would rather you asked them of everyone, including us, than took anybody's word for it.
Our answers are on this page and on the page about choosing a dental implant marketing company, which sets out the same criteria in more detail. If you want the diagnosis before the conversation, the practice assessment is five questions and names the gate that is costing you cases.

No. We work with implant practices doing full-arch treatment. An agency covering every specialty has to generalize in ways that cost full-arch practices cases.
Yes. Our Setter Center is our own team, hired, trained and managed by us rather than rented, and our coaches work directly with your people on real calls and real consults.
We work out which of the three gates is costing your practice cases. If we do not believe we can help, we say so on that call. If we can, you leave knowing where the practice is breaking, whether or not you decide to work with us.
Our people have sat in offices, consulted practices and coached teams for years. We are not learning this on your account.
We tell you what is working and what is not, including when the answer is not more spend.
Real numbers, measured the same way every month, including the ones that do not flatter us.
Measured in started cases, not in leads or impressions.
We work with your team, not around it.
Bring your numbers. You will leave knowing where the practice is breaking, whether or not we work together.
