Full-arch case studies. Real practices, real numbers.
Every card is one practice's own result, with treatment starts, treatment value, ad spend and return on ad spend.
Six practices across the country. Every number checkable.
From Vermont to Nevada. Each card is one practice over its own stated period.
One number that matters: return on ad spend.
Using Sunset Valley Dental as the worked example, measured over 12 months.
How much treatment the advertising produced for every dollar spent.
Started cases, not leads or clicks, are what every result is tracked to.
Every figure, with what it measures.
Return on ad spend is treatment value divided by ad spend. Treatment value is reported by the practice. Treatment starts are patients who began treatment.
| Practice | Treatment starts | Treatment value | Ad spend | Return on ad spend | Measured over |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sunset Valley Dental | 64 | $1.13M | $120K | 9.4x | 12 months |

About these case studies.
How is return on ad spend calculated in these case studies?
Treatment value divided by advertising spend, over the period stated for that practice. Treatment value is reported by the practice from its own records.
Are these practices real, and are they named?
Yes. Each case study names the practice, its city and, where the doctor has agreed to be named, the doctor. We publish the period alongside every figure so a short window cannot be mistaken for a sustained one.
Why is one practice's return measured on Google spend alone?
Because we hold no billed advertising spend for Esthetix Dental Spa. Its figure divides treatment value by the spend Google reported over three months. No Meta account was found for that practice, so no Meta spend is in the denominator.
Can I expect the same results in my practice?
Not automatically, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing. Whether a result transfers depends on the length of the period, the scale of the spend, the number of cases behind the figure, your clinical capacity, and whether you are losing cases at the same gate.
What counts as a treatment start?
A patient who began full-arch treatment. Not a lead, not a booked consultation, and not an accepted plan that never proceeded. It is the strictest of the available measures.
The numbers, in the doctors' words.
I definitely recommend Dental Implant Machine. You guys seem to have the best software and marketing, the highest conversion rates that I've seen, and the whole CRM and everything that you guys have built out.
We probably spent maybe a million dollars in the 10 years prior to getting into DIM, and we tried just about every avenue, and we haven't found anything like DIM up until this point.
